- Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund if the provided product is identified as a non-functional 'dummy' product that has not yet been initiated for deployment or hosted on any production server.
- Finality of Sale: Due to the nature of digital software and infrastructure services, no money-back guarantee or refund is provided once a product is already deployed, placed on a server, or if the source code has been delivered. Once technical setup has commenced, the transaction is considered final.
User Obligations: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide a server environment that meets the specified technical requirements of the application. ReadyLaunch is not liable for deployment failures caused by incompatible hosting environments provided by the user.
